$4M Lottery Winner: Western Mass Man Has Big Plans For Payday A Franklin County man knows how he will spend some of his new-found fortune after winning a $4 million lottery jackpot.  Jeremy Bouchard, of Erving, won the massive payday playing the “$4,000,000 Jumbo Cash” $10 scratch-off game. He said he hadn't played that ticket in a long time and was shocked with the result.  Bouchard elected to take the lump sum payment of $2.6M (before taxes) rather than the annuity.
