12-Year-Old Concord Girl Hit By Car, Airlifted To Hospital: Police A 12-year-old girl was trying to cross the street when a car hit her, sending her to a hospital in a medical helicopter, officials say.  A pedestrian car crash on Commonwealth Avenue near Bradford Street was reported on Friday, Feb. 3 around 7:34 a.m., according to the Concord Police and Fire Departments.  First responders arrived to find a young girl suffering from injuries after being hit by a vehicle. Serious Car Accident Reported On I-495 In Boxborough A serious car accident was reported on I-495 North in Boxborough just before 5 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 9, Boxborough Fire said on Twitter. Engine 64, A1, Engine 63 are on Route 495 North, North of Route 111 for a serious MVA. Medflight is enroute and the highway is closed.@BoxboroughPD — Boxborough Fire Department (@BoxboroughFire) September 9, 2022 The accident caused the entire highway to be closed, Boxborough fire said.
