Area Man Charged Sexual Assault For Allegedly Touching Police Officer's Breast During Arrest A Connecticut man was arrested for allegedly touching a female police officer's breast while he was being detained for drunk driving. Hartford County resident Israel Sanchez-Vilchis, age 44, of New Britain, turned himself in to police on Monday, Aug. 29. According to Sgt. Mark N. Cleverdon, of the South Windsor Police, Sanchez –Vilchis’ charge stems from a previous DUI on Monday, Aug. 15.
