Driver Who Dragged Trooper During Western Mass Traffic Stop ID'd: Cops A 45-year-old Franklin County man was tracked down by police dogs Friday evening, Sept. 22, after authorities say he dragged a trooper with his car in what began as a routine traffic stop.  Michael J.
