Mspca Has A Special Deal For You Anyone looking for a rescue dog at MSPCA-Angell’s shelters in Boston, Salem, Methuen, and Centerville on Cape Cod won’t have to worry about adoption fees as they will be waived for all 1-year-old pooches and older all week long starting Monday, Dec. 4. The “‘Home for the Holidays’ Adoptathon” is a response to new data from Shelter Animals Count, which showed 96,000 dogs across the country were expected to be euthanized because they couldn’t find a forever home.
