No Charges For Driver Who Killed 5-Year-Old Girl In Andover: DA A tractor-trailer driver who killed a 5-year-old girl from Andover in May will not face any criminal charges, prosecutors announced on Friday, Nov. 17.  Sidney Olson was on her way to art class with her mom when she was hit and killed by the truck while crossing the street at Elm Square on May 9. She died at the scene, according to authorities.
