Police were dispatched around 10:10 a.m. to Lynn Classical High School on O'Callaghan Way where they found a 16-year-old suffering from a stab wound to the back, according to the Lynn Police Department.  The victim received medical assistance on scene and was then transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
