Endangered Man Missing From Haverhill Has Ties Across North Shore, Southern New Hampshire
A 44-year-old man disappeared after last being seen in Methuen, officials say. Thomas Labonville, whose Facebook profile states that he is from Methuen and currently lives in Lawrance, was declared missing by the Haverhill Police Department on Thursday, June 22 on Facebook. Police say he has ties to cities and towns throughout the North Shore and southern New Hampshire, especially Lawrence, Methuen, and Salem. A staple sub shop on the North Shore is shutting down after more than five decades of service. Dimino's Subs, located at 190 Revere Beach Parkway in Revere, announced that they will be closing next month after 54 years in business. A 71-year-old Massachusetts man from the North Shore was seriously injured over the weekend after he fell 50 feet while hiking on a mountain in New Hampshire. Harvey Weener of Newburyport and a friend finished rock climbing at Mount Major on Saturday, July 9, around 4 p.m. As they were hiking their way out along the Precipice Trail, Weener slipped and fell 50 feet into a ravine about a mile from the trailhead, New Hampshire Fish and Wildlife officials said.
