A pedestrian sustained serious injuries after a car crashed into a telephone pole in Needham, authorities said. Police responded to the crash on Great Plain Avenue near Rivard Road just before 11 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 2, Needham Police report. Update
: 18-Year-Old Newton Man Killed In Needham Rollover Crash
A 18-year-old man from Newton was killed in a two-car rollover crash in Needham, authorities said. Dylan Newman died in the crash that happened in the area of Forest Street and Rolling Lane around 4:25 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 12, Needham Police said on Facebook. He was pronounced dead at a local hospital. Another driver was also injured and taken to a local hospital for treatment, police added. The crash is under investigation and there are currently no charges.
