Man Drowns After Having Medical Emergency At Eastern Mass Marina: Police A man drowned in Essex County Sunday morning, Aug. 13, at a marina in Haverhille after he fell from a boat, authorities said. Police received a 911 call just after 11:45 a.m. to Marianna’s Marina at 72 Coffin Avenue. The caller said a man suffered a medical emergency before he collapsed and fell off of a boat and into the water, the Essex County District Attorney's Office said.  Authorities pronounced him dead at the scene. Search Suspended For Fourth Boater After 3 Others Found Dead Off Cape Ann Three people, including two Massachusetts residents, were found dead and the search for the fourth has been suspended after the group went missing in a boat off the North Shore this week.
