Malden Man Accused Of Shooting At Car With Toddler Inside Going To Prison On Gun, Drug Charges
A 22-year-old accused of trafficking drugs and flaunting his cash and machine guns in a YouTube video will spend more than six years in federal prison, authorities said. Phillips Charles, also known as PHON C, pleaded guilty to several drug and gun charges in April and was sentenced earlier this month to six and a half years in prison with four years of supervised release, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.
