Lowell Repeat Child Offender, Former Church Worker Gets 10 Years In Prison A Lowell man with a track record of possessing and distributing child pornography was sentenced to 120 months in prison for his latest offense, the US Attorney's Office for New Hampshire said on Tuesday, Oct. 11.  Russell Graham, age 42, met an undercover law enforcement officer in an online chatroom on or around May 1, 2020, the office said in a separate release.
