Police have identified the man who sparked a statewide Amber Alert when he stole a vehicle in Western Massachusetts, on Friday morning, March 29, that had a 3-year-old baby inside. A Stow man is accused of locking two girls in a church bathroom and refusing to let them out, authorities said.
