Male Skier, 67, Dies After Crashing Into Tree At Central Mass Ski Area A 67-year-old man has died after crashing into a tree at a Central Massachusetts ski trail this week, according to officials.  Multiple authorities responded to a report of an unresponsive skier at Wachusett Mountain Ski Area in Princeton around 9:25 a.m., the company said in a statement sent to Daily Voice. Man Dies In Ski Accident At Vermont Resort A Fairfield County resident who died in a skiing accident in Vermont has been identified by police. Arthur Powers, age 60, from Westport, was found dead around 2:15 p.m., Monday, Feb. 15, when Stowe EMS responded to the Stowe Mountain Resort for a skier who was injured after hitting a tree, said Chief Donald B.
