The Saugus Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating a missing senior with dementia who may have taken a cab from his home.  Thai Tran, age 78, was last seen near his home in the area of Eastern Avenue shortly before 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 27, police said.  Authorities believe Tran may have travelled to Revere then took a cab to Somerville. Massachusetts Man, 21, Dies Day After Pulled From North Shore Lake A young man who was pulled from a lake on the North Shore has died a day later, authorities said.  Maynor Salas Lopez, age 21, of Lynn, was pulled from Silver Lake in Breakheart Reservation in Saugus around 5 p.m. on Sunday, July 17, Massachusetts State Police said.  After performing CPR on Lopez, he was taken to a local hospital in critical condition. He died the next morning, police said.  Lopez was apparently swimming with his family when he started to struggle in the water, authorities said. The incident remains under investigation.
