Cops Make First Arrests In 2022 Killing Of Isaiah Rodriguez A man and woman were arrested in Vermont on Monday, Jan. 29, and charged in connection with the fatal shooting of a 17-year-old Springfield boy in 2022 over a drug dispute, authorities said.   Ashley Wicks, 32, and Shawn Bulson, 28, both of Bennington, Vermont, are charged with charges of being accessories after the fact to the fatal shooting, Vermont State Police said. Man Shot, Killed On Albemarle St. In Springfield Police are investigating a fatal shooting in Springfield that happened Monday night, Dec. 4.  Officers were called to the 0-100 block of Albemarle Street just after 6 p.m. by a ShotSpotter alert, Springfield police said.  When they arrived, they found a man bleeding from a bullet wound. Troopers responded to a report of an active disturbance in Windham about 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 5, Connecticut State Police reported.
