Lawrence Man, 27, Drowns At New Hampshire Beach, 2nd Swimmer Rescued: Police A 27-year-old Essex County man drowned on Tuesday, Sept. 5, while swimming with a friend at a beach in New Hampshire, authorities said. Police later identified him as Wandy Bethancourt-Adames of Lawrence.  A surfer noticed the two men off a Hampton, NH, beach around 7:30 p.m. screaming for help, New Hampshire State Police said.  The surfer pulled one of the men — later identified as Luis Colon-De-Lara, age 28, of Lawrence — to safety. 5 Rescued From Capsized Boat Off Coast Of Lynn One person is in the hospital after a group of five were rescued from their boat that capsized off the coast of Lynn, NBC Boston reports.  The Lynn Fire Department, Lynn Harbormaster and a private boat all facilitated the rescue on the morning of Thursday, Sept. 29, the outlet reports.
