Update: Woman Hospitalized After Hitting Herself With Own Car A 911 call reporting that a pedestrian had been run over by a can sent firefighters rushing to a corner store where they found a woman who had injured herself with her own car, officials say.  Firefighters were dispatched to 59 North Franklin Street near Richdale Convenience Store at approximately 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 16, the Lynn Fire Department confirmed to Daily Voice. The injured woman attempted to get something off her windshield, but had not put her car in park.  The woman was transported to Salem Hospital with a non-life threatening leg injury.

84-Year-Old Man Drowns At Lynn Beach, Report Says An 84-year-old man has died after he was pulled from the water in Lynn, CBS Boston reports. Police responded to a report of a person drowning at Lynn Beach shortly before 3 p.m. on Sunday, June 26, the outlet reports.  Upon arrival, crews gave the man medical aid before transporting him to Salem Hospital for further treatment.
