Crane Collapses At Chelsea Construction Site, Narrowly Avoiding Disaster
A construction crane collapsed for unknown reasons, creating an incident that could have easily been dangerous, officials say. The crane operator safely extricated himself from the piece of equipment after it collapsed at approximately 7:25 a.m. on Tuesday, March 21, according to the Chelsea Police Department.
