Four minors were reported missing in the D.C. area on Tuesday, August 9, according to law enforcement.
Tania Outlaw is a 12-year-old black female, 5'1 tall and 100 pounds, who was last seen on August 9 in the 1200 block of Monroe Street, the D.C. Police Department said. She has red hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a multicolored stripe shirt with black flip flops, authorities said.

Man Wanted After Kidnapping D.C. Woman At Gunpoint
Police are asking for the public's help locating a suspect in an armed kidnapping that occurred in the D.C. area, authorities say.
Marquez Parker, 44, allegedly kidnapped Selita Lee, 30, at gunpoint in the 2900 block of Van Ness Street, NW, Wednesday, July 27, according to D.C. police.
Lee was later confirmed to have been located by D.C. police shortly before 3 p.m. Wednesday. The whereabouts of Parker are still unknown.
He is believed to be a suspect, but a warrant reportedly has not been secured for his arrest.

Makenzy Jenkins, 14, was last seen in the 800 block of Howard Street Southeast, around 2 a.m., Thursday, July 14, according to the DC Police Department.
Jenkins is described as 5-feet 7-inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
