Inmates Charged With Assault After Jail Fight In St. Mary's County
Fireworks flared inside the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Maryland on the Fourth of July when two inmates attacked each other and are facing new charges. Lexington Park resident Nikko Muhammad Mason-Coates, 19, and 27-year-old Leonard Charles Hall III, who has no fixed address, were involved in a physical altercation on Monday, July 4, the sheriff’s office announced on Tuesday, July 12.
