A man with a history of exposing himself to people in Montgomery County is facing new charges after allegedly going back to his bag of tricks, now police are concerned there are more victims. Silver Spring resident Steven Eisen, 77, who has been arrested by police before, has been apprehended once more and is facing charges after allegedly exposing himself in late January, authorities announced on Friday. Two men have been arrested in connection to the weekend murder of 30-year-old Desmond Thomas in Prince George's County, authorities announced.
