Group Of Teens Charged With Stealing 16 Vehicles In Maryland: Police Howard County police have charged a group of teenage suspects for stealing numerous vehicles during a six-month period in 2022. The arrests of the teens closed 16 vehicle thefts occurring from February-July in Laurel, Elkridge, Hanover, and neighboring jurisdictions, according to Howard County police.
