Police K9 Recovering After Getting Injured During Carjacking Bust In Maryland
A police K9 is recovering in Maryland after being injured on the job. Last week, Seat Pleasant Police K9 Theo was among the officers sent to bust a carjacker who stole a 2022 Dodge Charger in the 3300 block of Benning Road in Northeast DC before crossing into Prince George's County. At around 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 19, with an assist from a state police helicopter, officers were able to track down Capitol Heights resident Adam West, 18, after the stolen sports car came into Seat Pleasant.
