Jaevonn Archer, Timothy Williams Charged With Kidnapping Two Maryland men who conspired to kidnap and rob a Virginia man have been indicted in DC and face criminal charges, federal authorities announced. An indictment was unsealed in the US District Court for the Distroct of Columbia charging Capitol Heights resident Jaevonn Archer, 20, and Camp Springs native Timothy Williams, 30, with conspiracy to commit kidnapping and kidnapping in the February abduction.  The Metropolitan Police Department issued an alert in February as they sought the public's assistance in identifying suspects who kidnapped a man at gunpoint in DC, then drove him…
