Carjacker Hits Two Police Vehicles While Fleeing From Officers Outside Library In Greenbelt: PD A carjacking suspect in Prince George's County went through extreme measures to avoid being apprehended by police on Wednesday afternoon. The Greenbelt Police Department issued an alert on Tuesday, May 30, advising that there was a carjacking outside an apartment complex in the 140 block of Westway where a man threw a woman to the ground, took her keys, and stole a Toyota RAV4.  There is a large police presence around the Greenbelt Branch Library located at 11 Crescent Rd in reference to a carjacking.
