Police ID 68-Year-Old Woman Killed In Maryland Hit-Run Crash
A death investigation has been launched in Baltimore after a woman was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver on Sunday morning. Wilma Barnes, 68, has been identified by the Baltimore Police Department as the person who died at the hospital after being hit by a driver who sped away, according to investigators.
