A 46-year-old man has been accused of raping a minor he lured into the woods in Montgomery County, and now police investigators are concerned that there could be other victims. Charles Erby, Jr. was arrested in Washington, DC, where he is being held pending his extradition back to Maryland to face a second-degree rape charge for an incident that was reported last week. A 22-year-old Virginia man was killed in Montgomery County over the weekend after crashing into a guardrail in an early morning crash, police say. Annandale resident Carlos Alexis Yanez Marquez has been identified as the person killed in a single-car crash in Rockville that sent two others to the hospital.
