Victim Falls Off Bridge, Dies In I-395/I-95 Crash In Baltimore: Report A person involved in a car crash fell off a bridge and died along Interstate 95 at Interstate 395 Sunday night, Aug. 13 in Baltimore, CBS News reports. The person was getting out of their car after one crash when another crash happened, and they were thrown off the bridge into the water around 10:25 p.m., the outlet said.
