Death Of Boy Investigated As Homicide: Montgomery County PD A 17-year-old boy was found dead in Germantown and police are investigating it as a homicide, according to officials. The boy's body was found in the 18900 block of Grotto Lane on Jan. 24, at approximately 3 p.m., Montgomery County Police said. He is described as an unidentified black male. Police are actively investigating the death as a homicide. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) in Baltimore will conduct an autopsy to determine the manner and cause of death.
