Driver Who Took Women From Maryland To Florida For Commercial Sex Admits To Child Porn Charge The Maryland woman who drove her victims to Florida to have commercial sex and produced child porn for a 76-year-old predator has copped to the crime involving one of his victims, federal authorities announced. Hagerstown resident Jane Ellen Campbell, 35, pleaded guilty to assisting John Balch, of Jacksonville, who admitted to sexually exploiting children, including prepubescent minors. According to Campbell's plea agreement, she met Balch in 2007 and in recent years, she has driven other women to have sex with him in hotels when she trekked from Maryland to his Florida home.
