Unpaid Parker Convicted For Kidnapping Threat, Assault Of DPW Worker Towing Car In DC: Feds Nobody likes getting parking tickets, but a Washington, DC man took it a little too far and is facing prison time for threatening DPW employees trying to tow his car.  Antoine Nicholson, 34, was convicted on several charges following a trial for making threats against government employees during an incident on U Street in August when he was about to be towed, federal authorities announced.
