A high school student has been arrested for causing a pair of Clarksburg schools to be placed on lockdown, authorities said. Police received a call from about an individual who pulled out a gun after a road rage incident in the 22400 block of Brick Haven Way around 10:18 a.m. on Wednesday, April 6, Montgomery County Police said.
