Sketch Leads Police To Sexual Assault Suspect Who Targeted 71-Year-Old Woman On Maryland Trail
A spot-on sketch helped police in Baltimore identify and arrest a man wanted for assaulting a woman a popular park earlier this month. City resident Charles Avon Taylor, 46, has been identified arrested following an investigation into the reported sexual assault of a 71-year-old woman in the area of 4300-4400 block of North Franklintown Road in Leakin Park, authorities announced on Wednesday.
