Authorities have released new information in a deadly crash that closed I-695 in Baltimore County overnight Monday morning, April 8. County police were trying to stop a stolen vehicle near the 1800 block of Belmont Avenue, but the driver refused and headed onto the outer loop of I-695 traveling in the wrong direction, according to county police. “Officers did not follow the stolen vehicle onto the highway,” said the BCPO. Police are on the lookout for a white Acura that was involved in a hit-and-run that left a skateboarder dead in Montgomery County overnight Monday, April 8.
