Dejuan Cole, 19, was charged with first-degree murder, Baltimore Police said Tuesday, April 9. Cole, of Pikesville, is accused of shooting 17-year-old Devron Tyner near the 200 block of East Pratt Street on Monday, April 1. Tyner was found wounded at the scene shortly before 8:30 p.m. and taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
