Woodbridge Woman Strangled 11-Year-Old Relative: Police A Woodbridge woman was arrested after she physically assaulted an 11-year-old family member, police said. At around 9 a.m. on September 13, officers responded to an apartment complex located in the 1400 block of Bayside Avenue, where they discovered that the suspect had been in a violent argument with a young girl, according to the Prince William County Police Department. Six Puppies Kidnapped From Mom In DC, Reward Offered The Humane Rescue Alliance in D.C. has offered a reward of $7,500 in the hopes of finding six stolen puppies, sources said. On September 14, the HRA announced that multiple now five-week-old puppies were kidnapped and stripped from their mother when they were just three weeks old. These puppies are supposed to remain with their mother, Godiva, and littermates until eight to 10 weeks old, the HRA said. Child Pornography Found In Stafford Man's Home: Police Stafford police have arrested a man after they found child pornography in his home, officials said. On August 24, deputies searched the home of 50-year-old Jonathan Davis, after receiving tips that possible child pornography was being uploaded by Davis' IP address, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. Early Morning Fairfax Fire Causes Damage To Home Garage: Police Fairfax fire crews extinguished a house fire in the early morning hours of Thursday, September 15, officials said.At around 2:30 a.m., firefighters arrived at the home in the 8700 block of Oak Leaf Drive and discovered smoke was coming from the garage, according to the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department.Crews were able to quickly put out the blaze and no injuries were reported, authorities said.
