A Washington, DC teen will be charged as an adult after allegedly killing a family member during a dispute in Maryland, according to police. Investigators say that a 17-year-old suspect has been arrested in connection to the domestic-related fatal shooting of District resident Jammi Cooper, 36, earlier this month in Prince George's County. A teen is recovering in Maryland after being struck in a drive-by shooting while he was waiting inside a vehicle in Harford County. The Harford County Sheriff's Office issued an update on Monday, Sept. 12 following a reported shooting at a traffic light in Joppa, authorities announced.
