Student At Westlake HS Accused Of Groping, Inappropriate Touching Classmates: Sheriff Investigators from the Charles County Sheriff’s Office are fearful there are more victims at Westlake High School after a male student allegedly groped a girl last week and is allegedly a repeat offender. On Monday, Feb. 27, school administrators at the high school were made aware that a student had allegedly inappropriately touched two female classmates earlier this year following an investigation into a similar case reported early last week.
