Man Threatened To Rape DC Commuter As Bystanders Did Nothing, She Says In Viral TikTok Helen Molteni takes the metro to her D.C. job everyday, but on Wednesday, July 27, her usual commute took a turn for the worse.  The Arlington, VA resident told her story in a tearful, 3-minute-long TikTok video saying nearly 20 bystanders and police did nothing while she was threatened to be raped and harassed by a man at the Foggy Bottom station.
