Support Surges For Baltimore Couple Killed In Arizona Crash Support is on the rise for a beloved Maryland couple killed in an out-of-state crash last weekend. Will and Samantha Starling were killed in a two-car crash in south Phoenix on Sunday, March 3, 12News reports.  Both were Baltimore residents; Samatha worked at GBMC and Will for Brown Advisory in Baltimore.
