Thirty-four years after 34-year-old Norman Lawrence Rich was found shot to death in a Northeast DC house, an Annapolis woman has been arrested for his murder, the Metropolitan Police Department announced. Sheila Brown, 66, is facing murder and other charges in connection to the death of Rich - also known as "Semo" and "Mo - who was killed on March 28, 1990 in the 500 block of M Street NE.
