A 65-year-old man got more than he bargained for when he arranged to meet with what he thought was a teen girl in Anne Arundel County and instead was met by Maryland State Police investigators. Luis Esteban Borunda went through great measures in an effort to sexually solicit a 13-year-old girl, though in reality he was talking to an undercover officer posing as a child on an app, authorities announced.
