Girl Missing For 3 Years Found Hidden In Small, Cold Enclosure Under Stairs Of NY Home A 4-year-old girl missing since 2019 was found hidden in a cold, wet enclosure under a staircase in a New York home. Paislee Shultis was reported missing from Cayuga Heights, near Ithaca, in Tompkins County in 2019, before she was located in Ulster County on Valentine's Day, Monday, Feb. 14.
