Montgomery County Remembers Slain Germantown Teen The Montgomery County community is coming together later this month to address public safety and honor the life of a Germantown teenager who was brutally murdered earlier this year. The “Rally to Protect our Neighborhoods” is designed to “enhance public safety through building partnerships,” according to the event’s poster.
