Erratic Man Dies After Being Taken Into Police Custody In Owings Mills The Maryland Attorney General's Office has launched another investigation in Baltimore County after a man died while in the custody of police. At approximately 11 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 10, officers from the Baltimore County Police Department's Franklin Precinct were called to investigate a suspicious person in the area of Rosewood Lane and Reistertown Road in Owings Mills, according to authorities.
