Crashes Jam I-695, I-95 In Baltimore

A series of crashes tied up traffic on I-695 Tuesday morning, April 2, according to the MD State Highway Administration.

In Baltimore County, a crash on the outer loop at SW Boulevard closed the center lanes, causing major delays just after 8:15 a.m.

On I-95 northbound there was a crash near Caton Avenue with major delays.
