Children Found Unresponsive By Sister In Maryland Home, State Police Say An investigation has been launched after two children were found dead inside a Northern Maryland home by their sister, state police say. In Cecil County, a 10-year-old boy and 14-year-old girl were pronounced dead by first responders in Perryville after being found unresponsive in their home, according to officials. The cause and manner of their deaths is pending an autopsy by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
