Man Who Climbed Into Child's Bed In Maryland To Get New Bunkmates In Prison: Feds Jose Alexander Diaz-Rodriguez will spend years in prison after he admitted to breaking into his neighbor’s Frederick County home and climbing into bed with an 8-year-old girl. The 23-year-old Thurmont resident has been sentenced to 18 years in federal prison after pleading guilty earlier this year to sexual exploitation of a child for taking explicit photographs with his neighbor’s daughter, federal authorities announced.
