Baltimore Man Crawling On All Fours Ran Over By Several Vehicles After Wandering Into Street A man who was mysteriously crawling around on all fours in the middle of an Anne Arundel County street has died after being hit by several vehicles over the weekend, authorities say. Witnesses say that James Edward Hardy, 52, was walking around in circles in the eastbound lanes of the 800 block of Reese Road before getting on all fours and crawling around, at about 8 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 11, according to Anne Arundel County police.
